Bedford state police

— A New Paris man was transported Friday to UPMC Bedford Memorial hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in a crash on Dunkard Hollow Road in West St. Clair Township. Brian S. Worrell, 52, was driving north when he lost control of his vehicle on a curve and struck an embankment.

— A Bedford County woman was transported Thursday by ambulance to UPMC Altoona for treatment of a head injury suffered in a one-vehicle crash on Brumbaugh Road, near Mountain Road, in King Township. A vehicle driven by Alisha M. Hixson, 48, New Enterprise, crossed the road and struck an embankment before going into a spin. She was cited for failing to drive on roadways laned for traffic.

— Two people were hurt in a May 31 crash in Kimmel Township where driver Amy Emerick, 25, Bedford, lost control of her vehicle that overturned and landed on its roof in the front yard of 2645 Schellsburg Road. Emerick and passenger Amber Barnett, 29, Imler, were transported by ambulance to UPMC Altoona for treatment of injuries.
