I-99 south to be closed tonight for truck recovery
Southbound I-99 will be closed tonight between midnight and 3 a.m. to allow for truck recovery efforts from a previous crash. The closure will take place from Exit 31 (Plank Road) to Exit 28 (Ebensburg/Hollidaysburg), PennDOT said.
Traffic will be detoured off I-99 at Exit 31 (Plank Road). Traffic will follow Route 1001 (Plank Road) to Route 22 at the Wye Switches through Duncansville Borough, Route 22 westbound traffic will turn right onto Route 22 to the Cross Keys Interchange, I-99 southbound traffic will turn left onto Route 3013 through Newry to East Freedom to Exit 23 (Leamersville/Roaring Spring Interchange).
