Charges waived to court March 13-20:

– Jared M. High, 21, 1035 Dogwood Lane, Roaring Spring, was charged by Greenfield Township police with driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and two summary traffic violations on Dunnings Highway, Sproul, Feb. 23.

– William B. Bowser Jr., 33, 608A Spang St., Roaring Spring, was charged by Freedom Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and theft from a motor vehicle on the 100 block of Freedom Street, East Freedom, March 12.

Filed before California Avenue Magisterial District Judge Steven D. Jackson:

– Jeremy Burkett, 35, 642 Spruce St., Pottstown, was charged by Walmart, 2600 Plank Road Commons, Altoona, with writing a bad check April 18, 2000. Charge was withdrawn April 8.

– Jason D. Bumgardner, 30, 346 Weaver Road, Duncansville, was charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct on the 2800 block of Route 764 Jan. 18. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were withdrawn April 10.

– Arin M. Noonan, 24, 1000 S. Kettle St., Altoona, was charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations on the 100 block of Old Route 22, Allegheny Township, Feb. 9. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation, and other charges were withdrawn March 6.

– James J. Bongiorno Jr., 29, 4719 Mill Road, Duncansville, was charged by Allegheny Township police with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of Old Route 22, Allegheny Township, Feb. 9. Guilty plea entered to one charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and other charge was withdrawn March 6.

– Da’Quon Hardy, 19, c/o Adelphoi Village, 205 Fogel St., Hollidaysburg, was charged by Allegheny Township police with simple assault and harassment at the Village March 6. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was withdrawn April 10.

– Endri Zenelaj, 20, 85 Main St., Peapack, N.J., was charged by Logan Township police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation on the 1200 block of Campus View Drive, Altoona, March 23. Charges were held for court April 10.

Charges dismissed April 10:

– Dequan A. Samuels, 19, 747 E. Penn Ave., Apt. 6-C, Altoona, was charged by Logan Township police with theft of property on the 400 block of Grandview Road, Altoona, Jan. 13.

– Michael Stipanovic, 56, 113A S. Richard St., Bedford, was charged by Imler’s Poultry, 1887 Route 764, Duncansville, with writing a bad check Dec. 9.

Charges waived to court April 10:

– Gregory A. Riggleman, 42, 1011 N. Second St., Altoona, was charged by Walmart No. 2049, 2600 Plank Road Commons, Altoona, with retail theft Nov. 27.

– Jennifer J. Sloan, 33, 414 Ashcroft Ave., Cresson, was charged by state police with homicide by vehicle, accident involving death or personal injury and four summary traffic violations on Route 22 East, Allegheny Township, April 3.

– Melinda A. Newberry, 28, 2715 Fairway Drive, Apt. 1D, Altoona, was charged by Allegheny Township police with two counts of forgery, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and possessing instruments of crime at Walmart, 2600 Plank Road Commons, Altoona, Feb. 21.
