Police: Landscaper gave man sucker bite

EBENSBURG – State police report that a Cambria County man told them he was attacked by a bald landscaper who gave him a sucker bite.

About 4 p.m. Sunday, a 21-year-old man told police he was approached in an alley behind Second Street in East Conemaugh Borough, Cambria County, by a white man described as in his 30s, about 250 pounds, with a bald head and a tribal tattoo on his left arm.

According to state police the bald man asked the 21-year-old if he wanted to make $20 by cutting grass a few blocks away.

When the 21-year-old got into the man’s truck, the bald man allegedly grabbed him and gave him a sucker bite on his neck. After a few seconds, the alleged victim was able to pull away. He told police the bald man proceeded to strike him three or four times with a ratchet. The 21-year-old kicked the man in the ribs, fled and called police, according to state police.

Police said the alleged victim said the truck had a lawn care website displayed on its back window.
