Alleged three-way with teens ends in charges
WOODBURY – A Bedford County woman is set to appear in county court more than a year after she allegedly took part in a three-way sexual encounter with a pair 15-year-olds, one male and one female.
Carrie Sara Dively, 29, of 155 Main St., Woodbury, waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday on charges including statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.
In July 2011 Dively, then 28, attended a bonfire with the teenagers, police said. As the night progressed, Dively and the 15-year-old boy became intimate, first kissing and then retreating to a nearby tent for sex, according to a police affidavit.
As they allegedly had sex, a 15-year-old girl entered the tent and joined them, police said. Dively allegedly continued a sex act with the girl after the boy left.
A second alleged encounter took place later that night: Dively and the boy attempted sex again, but were interrupted, police said.
Police charged Dively in February with six crimes, including four felonies. She was released from Bedford County Prison after paying 10 percent of her $50,000 bail.
Dively is set for formal arraignment at the Bedford County Courthouse, but a date has not yet been set, according to online court documents.
