Two men found dead in Gallitzin residence

Two Gallitzin men were found dead in a house on Forest Street Saturday, in a case that state police are investigating as accidental.

James F. Flaugh Jr., 33, who lived in the home, and Ryan J. Louttit, 22, died between 4 a.m. and 3 p.m., a news release from the Ebensburg barracks indicated.

Police were providing no additional information Saturday evening, according to a barracks spokesman, who referred the Mirror to the coroner’s office.

The coroner’s office didn’t return a message left Saturday evening.

Neighbor Valia Lupinetti said she saw two bodies brought out on gurnies between 4 and 6 p.m., a time during which there were numerous emergency and official vehicles from agencies including the ambulance service, police and the coroner’s office, at the house where the deaths occurred.

She didn’t know either victim, she said.

Another neighbor said that the victims didn’t associate with people who lived nearby, as far as she knew.

She didn’t know them herself, she said.
