PSU plans program for women
The Penn State Extension Dairy Team is offering a day for women to relax, learn and network on May 9 at the Bistro at the Village Green, 403 Village Way, Martinsburg.
Part of the continuing series, Women Rooted in Agriculture, the meeting will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is free, with lunch provided through a partnership with Reliance Bank. Registration is required by May 2.
Guest speaker will be Lela Reichart, vice president of strategic development, Sterman Masser Inc., Sacramento, Pa., an independent, family-owned, agriculturally based company for multiple generations delivering innovative solutions and extraordinary service.

F.N.B. declares cash dividend
The board of directors of F.N.B. Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $18.13 per share on F.N.B. Corp.’s Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E .
The dividend is payable on May 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 30.
The company has total assets of more than $33 billion and about 400 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
