Sekerak’s Sassy Sparkles is now open for business at 1960 Manor Drive, Loretto.

Business owner Susan Sekerak is an independent consultant for Paparazzi Accessories and sells Paparazzi jewelry for men, women and kids.

Business hours are 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.

CNB announces earnings

CNB Financial Corp., the parent company of CNB Bank, announced net income of $9.5 million, or $0.62 per share, in the first quarter of 2019, compared to net income of $7.1 million, or $0.46 per share, in the first quarter of 2018.

“We are pleased with our growth and earnings trajectory, along with the continued improvement in asset quality, as we begin 2019. Our tangible common equity ratio increased by 24 basis points in the first quarter, and we are well-positioned to continue building capital organically as we progress through the remainder of 2019,” said Joseph B. Bower Jr., president and CEO, in a statement.

CNB Bank operations include a private banking division and 42 full-service offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York.

The Goal Club LLC is now open for business.

Owned by Melissa Vello and Cathy Gruss, the Goal Club hosts parties and workshops at various locations and travels to requested locations.

Vello and Gruss work with individuals and companies to clarify their goals, create a plan through vision boards, offer coaching for daily habits to experience success, and follow-up and encouragement to motivate further progress through goal check-ins online or in follow-up parties and workshops.
