UGI project under way
UGI Utilities Inc. is working on a natural gas main construction project in the borough of Clearfield this week.
This project is part of the company’s Growth Extension Tariff Gas initiative designed to extend service to residents and businesses who currently do not have access to natural gas.
The natural gas main construction project is taking place on Sheridan Drive, between South Fourth and South Fifth streets.
During construction hours, residents and commuters should expect delays and parking restrictions. Traffic will be restricted to one lane.
UGI will canvass homes door-to-door during this time period to gauge interest in natural gas service.
