F.N.B. Corp. announces quarterly cash dividend
The board of directors of F.N.B. Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corp.’s common stock.
The dividend is payable on June 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1.
F.N.B. Corp., headquartered in Pittsburgh, is a diversified financial services company operating in eight states. The company has total assets of $30 billion and more than 400 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
SAPDC loan may bring firm from Lancaster to area
The board of directors of Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission Wednesday approved a $122,500 loan for K&L Plating Co. Inc. of Lancaster.
The loan would help pay for equipment.
The company is negotiating to purchase a building in Huntingdon County in which to locate its production facility.
The deal is not final.
Catheterization lab to open at J.C. Blair Memorial
The new heart catheterization lab at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon will begin receiving patients on May 31.
During a heart attack when heart arteries are blocked, time is muscle. Having a cath lab at J.C. Blair means many patients will benefit from on-site, quicker diagnosis and treatment.
Cardiologists, such as Hany Shanoudy, J.C. Blair’s medical director of cardiopulmonary services, and Michael Sabatini, cath lab medical director, will perform minimally invasive heart catheterization procedures at J.C. Blair.
The lab was designed by JPT Architects of State College and constructed by Alexander Building Construction of Harrisburg.
