Spangler Subaru donates
Subaru of America Inc. and Spangler Subaru recently presented a check for $7,658 to the Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber.
The JMBCC was chosen as a beneficiary in the 2016 Subaru Share the Love event.

Resort sets job fair
Seven Springs Mountain Resort is holding a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday with the goal of hiring more than 400 employees for seasonal, part-time and full-time positions for the summer season.
Available positions include retail professionals, resort security, servers, bartenders, cooks, life guards, sporting clays trappers, and adventure and recreation staff including zipline guides and more. Interested applicants should be prepared to complete an application and possibly take part in an immediate interview.

Chamber sets trip to China
The Blair County Chamber of Commerce will offer its fifth trip to China April 20-28, 2018.
The cost of the trip is $2,299 per person, double occupancy and includes all ground and air transportation, meals, entrance fees for all attractions and accommodations at four- and five-star hotels.
An informational meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. May 10 at the Devorris Center for Business Development, 3900 Industrial Park Drive. A representative from travel host, Citslinc International Inc., will offer a presentation on the trip and conduct a question and answer session.
