Home Nursing Agency’s Private Duty Home Care program has received the 2017 Best of Home Care-Provider of Choice Award from Home Care Pulse.
The program has been recognized for the fifth year as a top-ranking home care provider, based on client satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm for home care.
Home Nursing Agency’s program is the only non-medical home care provider in the area to earn this national award.
Mount Aloysius plans job fair
CRESSON — Mount Aloysius College, Saint Francis University and the South-central Pennsylvania Areas Health Education Center will host a job and internship fair Tuesday in the Mount Aloysius’ Athletic Convocation & Wellness Center.
The event, billed as a Job & Internship Fair Extravaganza, will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Nearly 80 regional employers will have representatives on hand to discuss employment and internship positions.

Business After Hours set
The Blair County Chamber of Commerce will hold Business After Hours from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McQuaide Blasko Attorneys at Law, Gateway Centre, 601 Hawthorne Drive, Hollidaysburg.
Business After Hours is a networking event featuring food and door prizes.
Cost to attend is $10 per chamber member and $20 per nonmember, preregistered.
