PITTSBURGH

F.N.B. declares dividend

The board of directors of F.N.B. Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corp.’s common stock.

The dividend is payable on March 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 2.

CNB Bank plans opening

CNB Bank will open its new full-service office at 106 Lamppost Lane, across from Convention Center Boulevard on Friday.

CNB officially entered the Blair County market in 2014 with the opening of a commercial banking office. Now CNB is expanding its services to offer a full array of banking services.

The 4,567-square-foot building will offer a drive-thru and 40 parking spaces.

Breakfast Club program set

The Blair County Chamber of Commerce and Operation Our Town will partner on the next Breakfast Club program set for 7:45 a.m. March 9 at The Casino at Lakemont Park.

The program will highlight the accomplishments OOT has made throughout the past year. A special recognition is also planned in honor of Trooper Landon Weaver, who was killed in the line of duty on Dec. 30. OOT will also present its Community Partnership Award, which is given to a community partner who supports and furthers the mission of OOT. This year’s recipient is Blair Drug & Alcohol Partnerships.

The cost to attend is $20 for chamber members and $40 for nonmembers and includes a full breakfast buffet.
