Nonprofit organizations and social and service clubs to fill out a survey, which will be used to compile listings for local groups.

Groups must submit a new form even if they have submitted in past years.

“Each year after Blair County Proud is published, we get groups asking why they were not included. We rely on people replying to the survey by the deadline to compile the listings,” Steve Carpenter, assistant managing editor, said. “It’s critical that any organization or club wanting to be included in the 2016 edition submit their information by Wednesday.”

Organizations and clubs responding to the survey also can submit one or two photos that possibly could be published with their listing. Photos should be emailed to bcproud@altoonamirror.com. Please include cutline information in the email message box.
