Leadership Blair County to graduate 23 members

This year’s 23 members bring the total number of people who have completed the program sponsored by the Blair County Chamber of Commerce to 429. This is the 19th annual class.

The program is designed to develop and enhance community leadership by preparing individuals from diverse backgrounds to assume more active roles in addressing communities’ needs.
