Scott A. Padula, 48, Blair County Prison, charged by Hollidaysburg police with two counts of conspiracy, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of possession of contraband at the prison July 6.
Jacob A. Morgret, 22, 409 Sugar St., Roaring Spring, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Department with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at Blair County Courthouse, 423 Allegheny St., Hollidaysburg, Sept. 11.
Devon P. Bickers, 20, 214 Evergreen Road, Hollidaysburg, charged by state police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence Aug. 15.
