Guilty plea entered to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation; other charges were withdrawn June 14.

Brent L. Ronk, 43, 12727 Turkey Farm Road, Huntingdon, charged by Logan Township police with making a materially false written statement and unsworn falsification to authorities at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 149 Falon Lane, Altoona, Dec. 22, 2017. Guilty plea entered to charge of unsworn falsification to authorities; other charge was withdrawn June 21.

Franklin A. Koch Jr., 53, 315 N. Sixth Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with defiant trespass at Sheetz, 1015 Old Sixth Ave., Altoona, May 17. Guilty plea entered June 21.

Richard W. Brazile, 56, 211 First Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with making a materially false written statement and unsworn falsification to authorities at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 149 Falon Lane, Altoona, Dec. 22, 2017. Guilty plea entered to charge of unsworn falsification to authorities; other charge was withdrawn June 21.
