McFalls, 52, 220 Ironville Road, Tyrone, charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of First Avenue, Feb. 26, 2016. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and other charge was withdrawn May 23.

Douglas J. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and other charge was dismissed July 11.

Jarette S. Dietzel, 25, 640 Peachview Lane, Duncansville, charged by Blair Township police with simple assault and harassment at his residence June 19. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was withdrawn June 27.

Garrett J. Bowser, 21, 94 Adams Lane, Duncansville, charged by Hollidaysburg police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 36 South, Hollidaysburg, March 29. Guilty plea entered May 30.
