Manuel, 33, 933 First Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 22nd Street and Broad Avenue on Jan. 26; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 600 block of Pleasant Valley Boulevard on March 14.

Ashley B. Murarik, 29, 1717 Reightown Road, Tyrone, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 400 block of East Plank Road on
