Brown, 43, 217 First Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Third Street and First Avenue Sept. 17, 2016; and with two counts of conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of robbery, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a prohibited firearm, carrying an unlicensed firearm, simple assault, terroristic threats, possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking on the 5800 block of Sixth Avenue Jan. 25; and with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 200 block of Ironville Road, Snyder Township, Feb. 28; and with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 400 block of East 25th Avenue Feb. 25.

Tyler J. Fitzcharles, 27, 132 Lower Cardinal Lane, Portage, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 2800 block of Route 764 May 16, 2016; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1800 block of 11th Street July 7, 2016; and with same charges on the 1800 block of 11th Street July 14, 2016; and with same charges at 11th Street and 18th Avenue July 15, 2016; and with same charges on the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue Aug. 16, 2016.

Tyler L. Schlereth, 24, 1811 Seventh Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1700 block of Seventh Avenue Sept. 13; and with same charges on the 1700 block of Seventh Avenue Sept. 22; and with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1500 block of 25th Avenue Oct. 13; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 2800 block of Fifth Avenue Alley Oct. 17; and with same charges on the 2800 block of Fifth Avenue Alley Oct. 31.

Randolph L. Scott, 47, 104 Sycamore Drive, Penn Hills, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1000 block of Old Sixth Avenue Road Aug. 1, 2016; and with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at Lexington Avenue and Ninth Street Aug. 10, 2016.

Caleb P. Younkman, 20, 331 N. Llanwellyn Ave., Glenolden, charged by Altoona police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 700 block of North Second Street April 29, 2016.

Elijah J. Haber, 21, 474 Grandview Road, Altoona, charged by Altoona police with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence April 13.

Ryan I. Mellott, 40, 147 Biddle Road, Williamsburg, charged by state police with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking on the 200 block of Over Lane April 16.

Britney A. Freet, 26, 519 S. Dartmouth Lane, Altoona, charged by state police with DUI and three summary traffic violations at Old Sixth Avenue and Sand Bank roads April 2.

Ethan E. Butterbaugh, 22, 717 N. Montgomery St., second floor, Hollidaysburg, charged by Hollidaysburg police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 36 South, Hollidaysburg, March 29.

Matthew R. Sanderlin, 18, Blair County Prison, charged by Hollidaysburg police with simple assault and disorderly conduct at the prison March 21.
