Abram, 36, 205 Cambridge Square Drive, Monroeville, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 2500 block of West Chestnut Avenue July 20, 2016; and with same charges at 26th Street and West Chestnut Avenue July 28, 2016; and with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 100 block of Lloyd Street Sept. 2, 2016; and with same charges on the 1900 block of Second Avenue Alley Sept. 8, 2016; and with same charges on the 2300 block of Sixth Avenue Dec. 10, 2016; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1800 block of First Avenue Alley Jan. 18; and with same charges on the 1800 block of 15th Avenue Alley Jan. 19; and with same charges at Altoona Grand Hotel, 1 Sheraton Drive, Altoona, Jan. 30; and with same charges on the 1800 block of 15th Avenue Feb. 12; and with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest on the 1800 block of 15th Avenue, Altoona, Feb. 19.

Shane W. Benson, 29, 510 12th St., Apt. 2, Altoona, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue May 25, 2016; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue Alley July 7, 2016; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Aug. 4, 2016.
