The following sentencings were filed in Blair County Court. Although some cases may be more than a year old, the Mirror publishes them in the interest of complete reporting.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as shown:

David P. McNelis, 47, 405 W. 16th St., Tyrone, sentenced Feb. 3, 2017, to $50 fine and one year of probation for disorderly conduct; and $25 fine and two years’ probation for retail theft, filed by Tyrone police Dec. 19, 2016.

Kristy Koch, 43, 505 W. 14th St., Tyrone, sentenced Feb. 3, 2017, to $25 fine for retail theft, filed by Tyrone police Oct. 13, 3016.

William J. Aurandt, 22, 363 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, sentenced March 24, 2017, to three to 23.5 months in jail, $1,000 fine and five years’ probation for causing catastrophe; and $500 fine and two years’ probation for criminal trespass, filed by Freedom Township police Dec. 8, 2016.

Sheldon H. Appleman Jr., 47, 321 Pine St., Roaring Spring, sentenced March 24, 2017, to $250 fine and 12 months’ probation for simple assault, filed by Roaring Spring police Feb. 7, 2017.

Greg S. Helsel, 38, 134 Furry Drive, New Enterprise, sentenced March 17, 2017, to $250 fine for possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, filed by Altoona police Dec. 5, 2016.

Cory A. Williams, 22, 324 Koch Lane, Hollidaysburg, sentenced March 17, 2017, to two months to two years minus one day in jail, $300 fine and five years’ probation for criminal conspiracy, filed by Freedom Township police Dec. 18, 2016.

Benjamin Otto, 41, 1013 Mill Road, Duncansville, sentenced

Jan. 9, 2017, to five years’ probation for receiving stolen property, filed by state police Oct. 15, 2015.

Harriet E. Fisher, 55, 400 N. Second St., Altoona, sentenced

Feb. 17, 2017, to $150 fine and two years’ probation for simple assault; and $100 fine for harassment filed by Altoona police Dec. 24, 2015.

Thomas J. Hawes, 24, Blair County Prison, sentenced Jan. 23, 2017, to nine to 23.5 months jail and $100 fine for recklessly endangering another person, filed by Hollidaysburg police April 24, 2016.

Casey D. Sheppard, 39 118 19th St., N.W., Ruskin, Florida, sentenced Jan. 9, 2017, to time-served to 23.5 months jail and $200 fine for firearms not to be carried without license; and $100 fine and five years’ probation for terroristic threats, filed by Allegheny Township police June 1, 2016.

Michael A. Wisor II, 28, 1204 14th Ave., Altoona, sentenced March 13, 2017, to $50 fine for harassment and $50 fine for disorderly conduct, filed by Altoona police March 13, 2016.

Ashley S. Heverly, 33, 185 S. Park Lane, Hollidaysburg, sentenced

Jan. 6, 2017, to 30 days’ house arrest for stalking; five years’ probation for terroristic threats; two years’ probation for recklessly endangering another person; and $100 fine for simple assault, filed by Altoona police March 9, 2016.

Kenneth R. Gardner, 35, 154 Roaring Spring Commons, Roaring Spring, sentenced Jan. 9, 2017, to $200 fine and two years’ probation for criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver, filed by Altoona police Sept. 8, 2015.
