David K. Harpster Sr., 60, 1427 E. Third Ave., charged by Altoona police with DUI and two summary traffic violations at East Walton Avenue and Kettle Street April 27.
Ryan P. Maykish, 20, 14 Stoneybrook Lane, Malvern, charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 300 block of Campus View Drive April 26.

Frederick M. Tipton, 53, 527 Vine St., Johnstown, charged by Freedom Township police with recklessly endangering another person and two summary traffic violations on the 1700 block of Polecat Road, East Freedom, on Feb. 3. One summary traffic violation was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were withdrawn June 1.
Mitchell A. Conrath, 19, 350 Brumbaugh Road, Roaring Spring, charged by Pennsylvania Game Commission with shooting or causing injury to human beings in Taylor Township on Oct. 19. Charge was moved to nontraffic court May 18.
Trenton R. Bilak, 23, 1990 Winding Ridge Road, Everett, charged by state police with accident involving death or personal injury, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, unsworn falsification to authorities, tampering with physical evidence, DUI and 13 summary traffic violations on Knob Road, Greenfield Township, April 14. Charges were held for court June 8.

Burtnett, 21, 539 Providence St., Everett, charged by Greenfield Township police with four counts of forgery, four counts of identity theft, four counts of theft by unlawful taking, four counts of theft by deception and four counts of receiving stolen property at Whetstone’s Service Station, 13138 Dunnings Highway, Claysburg, April 10.
Matthew D. Pittman, 18, 1670 Everett Road, East Freedom, charged by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and receiving stolen property at his residence Jan. 29.
Jason K. Lange, 40, 217 W. Penn St., Bedford, charged by Freedom Township police with two counts of retail theft at Walmart, 200 Commerce Drive, Duncansville,
