Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were withdrawn Feb. 9.

Aswathappa, 19, 205 Porter Hall, University Park, charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct at Convention Center Drive parking garage Dec. 28.
