Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were withdrawn Dec. 22.

Scott S. Tragon, 39, 512 Betts St., Hollidaysburg, charged by state police with unsworn falsification to authorities at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 149 Falon Lane, Altoona, May 14. Guilty plea entered Nov. 17.

James A. Cain, 31, 1339 N. Ninth Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Logan Town Centre on Sept. 22. Guilty plea entered to charge of theft by unlawful taking, and other charge was withdrawn Nov. 17.

Yuri P. Venit, 21, 210 Cambridge Drive, Duncansville, charged by Allegheny Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence Oct. 18. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana, and other charge was withdrawn Nov. 17.

Robert L. Miller, 68, 140 Tipton Manor Road, Tipton, charged by Tyrone police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates and three summary traffic violations on the 300 block of Washington Avenue, Tyrone, Nov. 12. Three summary traffic violations were moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was dismissed Dec. 13.

Mark T.
