Tessa Donnelly, Thomas Vitlo

Tessa Donnelly and Thomas Vitlo were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. April 29 at Holy Rosary Church, Washington, D.C.

The bride is the daughter of Randy and Joan Donnelly of Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of Patrick and Janice Vitlo of Queensbury, N.Y.

Father Ezio Marchetto performed the double-ring ceremony.

Jamey Brumbaugh, cousin of the bride, was soloist.

Readers were Pam Brumbaugh, aunt/godmother of the bride; Michael Graziani; and Shannon Csorny and Daniel Perrucci, cousins of the groom.

Gift bearers were Ava Gwinn, Marklin Myers and Adrianna Myers, cousins of the bride.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maurie Donnelly, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Taylor Brumbaugh and Shana Myers, cousins of the bride; Briana Vitlo, sister of the groom; Jamie O’Hara; Melissa Childs; Brittany DeLeo and Kathleen Creppage.

Alayna Bott, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

Nicholas Parmar served as best man.

Ushers were Anthony Marino and Dominic Marino, cousins of the groom; Marcello DePascale; Christopher Hammel; Travis Brown; Andrew Runkel and Daniel Arroyo.

The reception was held at Westin Georgetown, Wash-ington, D.C.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Hamilton Restau-rant, Washington, D.C.

The couple took a wedding trip to Greece and Croatia.

They live in Alexandria, Va.

Mrs. Vitlo is a 2006 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona; a graduate of Slippery Rock University, with a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education in 2010 and a master’s degree in special education in 2013; and a 2015 graduate of George Mason University, Washington, D.C., where she is board certified in behavioral analysis.

She is employed in the Fairfax School District, Alexandria.

Mr. Vitlo is a 2005 graduate of Queensbury High School; a 2009 graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Conn., with a bachelor’s degree in economics; and a 2013 graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, with a master’s degree in applied economics

He is employed at Stout Risius Ross Co., Washing-ton, D.C.
