Sheran Springer, Jerry Kendall

Sheran Joy Springer and Jerry Ambert Kendall were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 7 at Edith Davis Eve Chapel, Penn State Altoona.

The bride is the daughter of the late Robert and Lillie Springer who lived in Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of the late Jerry and Margaret Kendall, who lived in Bedford.

President Judge of Blair County, Jolene Kopriva, performed the double-ring ceremony.

Susan Nagle was organist.

The bride was given in marriage by Gordon Smith Jr., brother-in-law of the bride.

Amber Smith, niece of the bride, was maid of honor.

Readers were Janet Cooper, aunt of the bride; Linda Brown, sister of the groom; and Kathy Mendez, daughter of the groom.

Jerry Kendall Jr., son of the groom, served as best man.

The reception was held at the Blair County Conven-tion Center, Altoona.

Lyndee Long was guest book attendant.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Hoss’s Steak & Sea House, Altoona.

The couple took a wedding trip to Pennsylvania Dutch Country, Lancaster.

They live in Altoona.

Mrs. Kendall is a 1975 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 1979 graduate of Penn State Altoona, where she earned a paralegal certificate.

She is office manager at Evey Black Attorneys, Hollidaysburg.

Mr. Kendall is a 1961 graduate of Bedford High School and a 1964 graduate of Williamsport Technical Institute.

He is a retired contractor.
