Lindsey Himes, Cameron Sunderland

Lindsey Himes and Cameron Sunderland were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Altoona.

The bride is the daughter of Brian and Sherry Himes of Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of Barry and Tammy Sunderland of McVeytown.

Father Dennis Kurdziel performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Jamie Swank, sister of the bride, was matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Melinda Sunderland, sister-in-law of the groom, Tara Baker, Jessica Smith and Carly Cook.

Junior bridesmaid was Claire Sunderland, niece of the groom.

Flower girls were Josie and Kenna Sunderland, nieces of the groom.

Barry Sunderland Jr., brother of the groom, served as best man.

Groomsmen were Eric Swank, brother-in-law of the bride, Adam Young, Alex Rowe and Caleb Alexander.

Junior groomsman was Zachary Swank, nephew of the bride.

Ring bearer was Joshua Swank, nephew of the bride.

The reception was held at the Jaffa Shrine Center, Altoona.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Marzoni’s Brick Oven & Brewing Co., Duncansville.

The couple took a honeymoon to Nashville and Gatlinburg, Tenn.

They live in Altoona.

Mrs. Sunderland is a 2008 graduate of Altoona Area High School.

Mr. Sunderland is a 2006 graduate of Lewistown Area High School.

He is a professional firefighter for the City of Altoona Fire Department.
