Cheryl Eger, Kevin Stephens

Cheryl Eger and Kevin Stephens were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 20 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.

The bride is the daughter of Edward and Sue Eger of Hollidaysburg.

The bridegroom is the son of Jeffrey and Diane Stephens of Hollidaysburg.

Father Anthony Legarski performed the double-ring ceremony.

Michael Kasun was the soloist, and Deborah Hetrick was the organist.

The readers were Alicia Smith, cousin of the groom, and Dayna Rickards.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Melanie Eger, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Heather Cleaver and Erica Stephens, sister of the groom.

The flower girl was Haylie Kough, honorary niece of the groom.

Todd Stephens, brother of the groom, served as best man.

Ushers were Brian Gunsallus and Mark Motyl, cousin of the groom.

The ring bearer was Bentley Gunsallus, honorary nephew of the groom.

The reception was held at the United Veterans Association Club, Altoona.

Adam Muir, cousin of the bride, was guest book attendant.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Marzoni’s Brick Oven & Brewing Co., Duncansville.

The couple took a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

They live in Hollidaysburg.

Mrs. Stephens is a 2006 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and received an associate’s degree in diagnostic medical sonography from South Hills School of Business & Technology, State College, in 2009.

She is an ultrasound technologist at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.

Mr. Stephens is a 2003 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School.

He is a general contractor and owner of Stephens Contracting, Hollidaysburg.
