Nicole Formica, Dr. David DeFrancisco
Nicole Formica and Dr. David DeFrancisco were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. March 12 at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church, Lansdale.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Robyn Formica of Newtown.
The bridegroom is the son of Dr. Lance and Michele DeFrancisco of Hollidaysburg.
The Rev. John Lyons performed the double-ring ceremony.
Mary Gus was soloist, and Fran Fiordimondo was the organist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Alison Formica, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Samantha Brookman, Allison Ettlinger, Eileen Foley, Arden Formica and Shannon O’Neil.
Flower girls were Madison, Nadia and Riley Formica.
Daniel DeFrancisco, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Ushers were James Dusel; Robert Formica, brother of the bride; Brandon Long; Jarrod Prebola; and Jacob Vite.
Michael Formica was the ring bearer.
The reception was held at the Normandy Farm Hotel, Blue Bell.
The rehearsal dinner was held at Mirna’s Cafe, Blue Bell.
The couple took a wedding trip to Roatan, Honduras.
They live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mrs. DeFrancisco is a 2006 graduate of Council Rock High School North, Newtown, and a 2010 graduate of Penn State University, University Park, with a bachelor’s degree in art education.
Dr. DeFrancisco is a 2006 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School; a 2010 graduate of Penn State University, University Park, with a bachelor’s degree in science; and a 2016 graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, with a doctorate in medicine.
He is a resident in internal medicine at the University of Utah Medical Center, Salt Lake City.
