Jolene Wertz, Nathan Cole

Jolene Lynn Wertz and Nathan Andrew Cole were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Duncansville.

The bride is the daughter of Sheldon and Jean Wertz of Duncansville.

The bridegroom is the son of Michael and Jo Cole of Pittsburgh.

Monsignor Robert J. Saly performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Jenn Hostler-Smith was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Liz Guthrie and Anna Marie Justice.

Abby Wertz, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.

Eric Narolesky served as best man.

Ushers were Matthew Bidzilya and Mike Hribik.

Joey Wertz, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

The reception was held at Cesare Battisti Club, Altoona.

Tricia Warmath was guest book attendant.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Jethro’s, Altoona.

A wedding trip to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fla., is planned for a later date.

The couple live in Milledgeville, Ga.

Mrs. Cole is a 2002 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School; a 2006 graduate of St. Vincent College, Latrobe, with a bachelor’s degree in history; and a 2008 graduate of Simmon’s College, Boston, with a master’s degree in information studies with a concentration in archives.

She is an assistant professor at Georgia College and State University, Milledgeville.

Mr. Cole is a 2006 graduate of Mount Lebanon Area High School, Pittsburgh.

He is owner of Cole’s Construction Corner, Milledgeville.
