Tyrone American Legion Riders sixth annual American Pride Ride, June 2, registration is from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. at the Tyrone American Legion. The ride begins at noon. This is a dice run and participants must be at least 18 years old to roll, with high-low wins. There will be a 50-50 drawing, a pig roast and entertainment to follow. The cost is $15 per rider and passenger. The pig roast is open to the public at 6 p.m. at a cost of $10 per plate.
Unter Uns Car Cruise-In “In Honor of Larry D. Seidel,” June 8, Unter Uns Club, 1401 Van Buren Ave., Altoona. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m., and there will be a DJ outside from 5 to 7 p.m., Elvis tribute artist Kelly Hylton from 7 to 9 p.m. and the band Shallow 9 from 9 p.m. to midnight. Admission is free for car cruisers and $5 for all others. The event is open to the public.

Altoona Corvette Club Zeigler Cruise-in, 5 to 7 p.m. June 15. Zeigler Chevrolet, 13153 Dunnings Highway, Claysburg. Zeigler’s will be cooking up and serving free hot dogs to all participants, and there will be a bake sale. The cruise-in is open to all makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles.
