Blair County Antique Auto Club (BCAAC) monthly meeting, 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month, Bavarian Hall, Altoona. The next meeting is today. New members are welcome. For membership information, call Betty Campbell at 942-2525 or download a membership form at www.bcaac.org.

July 21 — Tyrone Cruise-In, 6 to 9 p.m., parking lot behind Gardner’s Candies and OIP on Logan Avenue in downtown Tyrone. The rain date is July 22.

Aug. 2 and 30 — Brothers Pizza Cruise-In, Port Matilda, 692-7570.

Aug. 5 — Lake Raystown Resort annual car show, Entriken. Registration ($10) is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and judging ends at 2 p.m. Proceeds benefit Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. For more information, contact Janice Rogers at 658-3500 or email jrogers

Aug. 6 — Altoona Corvette Club Car Show, DelGrosso’s Amusement Park, Tipton. Registration is $10, open to all makes and models, pre-registration accepted. Registration starts at 9 a.m., and judging starts at noon. Dash plaques to the first 100 registered vehicles. Gift Pack of DelGrosso’s sauces to the first 200 registered vehicles. Aug. 18 — Altoona Corvette Club Zeigler Chevrolet Cruise-In, 5 to 7 p.m., Zeigler Chevrolet, Route, free hot dogs to all participants, music, bake sale to benefit WALY Warmth. The cruise-in is open to all makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles.

Aug. 20 — S.A.C./A&W Cruise In/Car Show, Bedford, 935-8840.

Aug. 20 — BCAAC 27th Williamsburg Car Show, Williamsburg Veterans Memorial Community Center, held in conjunction with the Williamsburg Community Farm Show. Sept. 2 — Downtown Altoona Cruise.

Sept. 16 — Snow Shoe Annual Fall Festival and Car Show, Snow Shoe Park. Registration is $8 in advance or $10 at the gate. Registration on the day of the event will be from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Judging starts at noon. Trophies will be awarded at 4 p.m. The event will include a 5K, a chicken barbecue, live music, craft and flea market, food and children’s games.
