April 1 and 2 — Central PA third annual Race Car Show, Galleria Mall, Johnstown, held in conjunction with BCAAC and presented by Five Star Powersports and Five Star Mitsubishi, Altoona. May 29 — Allegheny Mountain Region Antique Automobile Club of America Chapter’s annual summer season kickoff event, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Pennsylvania Military Museum, Boalsburg. The event will feature many pre-war through modern classics on display throughout the grounds of the 28th Division Shrine Complex/PA Military Museum, $5 for on-site parking.

June 11 — Vintage car cruise-in, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Baker Mansion, Altoona. Each person in the vehicle will receive a ticket for free admission to the Baker Mansion History Museum. Hot dogs, snacks, beverages and ice cream will be available for purchase. For more information, email

July 9 — BCAAC 27th annual DelGrosso’s Car Show, DelGrosso’s Amusement Park, Tipton. Registration is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration is $10 or $9 with a nonperishable food item. Contestants will receive a free gift pack of DelGrosso sauces and a coupon for half off a ride pass for that day (for children ages 12 and younger).
