Horseshoe Cloggers hold graduation

The Horseshoe Cloggers held their annual Christmas/graduation party and show on Dec. 16 at the Newry Lions Club.

New cloggers that completed the 10-week basic clog dancing classes, taught by Tracie Madden, received certificates. The clogging graduates danced, along with former members, in the Christmas show performance.

Those who received clogging certificates are Natalie McCormick, Lilyann McCormick, Katie Fulton, Jeremy Reese, Ann Beiswenger, Sierra Beiswenger, Alyssa Beiswenger, Cheyanne Beiswenger and Jimmy Beiswenger.

Several members of the Horseshoe Cloggers also entertained at the East Freedom Senior Center for the holiday lunch.

Judy Schirmacher and Mary Lou Wells also participated as presenters of clog dancing for The Day of the Arts at Juniata Gap Elementary School.

The Horseshoe Cloggers are accepting dates for exhibitions and shows for all occasions for spring, summer and fall events.
