The Altoona Downtown Merchants Association was sponsoring Santa’s Circusland featuring Ernie’s Miniature Circus at 1414 11th Ave. for six days, featuring an exact replica of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus with more than 50,000 carved figures, some that moved.
