Mr. and Mrs. Leon Collins of Hollidaysburg will observe their 65th

wedding anniversary on July 31.

They were married July 31, 1954, in Knoxville, Tenn., by Justice J.W. Jack Dance. Mrs. Collins is the former Phyllis Jean Styles.

They are the parents of seven children: Roger, Kathy, Ronald, Donald (deceased), William, Richard and Robin. They also have 15 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Collins, known by his fellow workers as “Ernie,” retired from Conrail after a 32-year career as movement director.

Both are active members of the Hollidaysburg United Methodist Church.
